Without sounding like a goddamn hippy, I hope, one day, we can all make peace between the feud that went down at the shop. Even though Pix doesn't work with me anymore, I want her to be able to come by and visit whenever... '

On a recent of LA Ink, Pixie left the shop in a rage after the crew confronted her about her working habits. Although reality TV ended with a cliffhanger, it seems in reality the friendships remain damaged. Here is what tattooists Kat Von D and Kim Saigh had to say about the situation on their MySpace pages shortly after the episode aired.

Kim Saigh:

Well, I'm really glad Kat spoke about next weeks' episode as it's been a painful, ugly memory that we all could have lived without having happened. As a matter of fact, I can only really think of one other time in my life that I've been involved in a situation has been that emotionally intense.

Pixie and I clicked right away when I first moved here, probably because we are both highly sensitive, emotional, and empathic Cancers that want to keep those around us happy and free from any kind of suffering, be it emotional or whatever.

I think it's safe to say we both often take on others' emotional baggage because we feel like we are capable of handling it, and to take it a step further-doing it so automatically, that we don't even recognize it. Ok, I'm kinda talking in circles a bit, so I'll try and stay on track.

I've done quite a bit of introspective work the past couple of years, trying to really honor my truth, recognizing it isn't that hard, "truth is a pathless land" - (that's a quote by Krishnamurti). Speaking it and living it is a whole other story, especially when you know coming forth might create conflict.

Of course the other option is going through life passive-aggressively,warping the truth and creating more pain for both the person you are avoiding addressing and yourself. How's that for a karmic monkey-wrench?

Pixie and I shared a lot of stories and were comfortable enough to show our vulnerabilities around each other. I wasn't afraid to talk about deeper, darker aspects of myself that have sent me on this serendipitous journey also known as "my life" because I knew she could relate.
